Great question and we have 1st hand knowledge. The past couple of weeks our home has been plagued with the cold/flus – and I am still sniffing and coughing – not fun!. I spent lots of time holding the youngn’s just to help them be more comfortable; used handkerchiefs for the store noses and, even with some of the meds, it was hard to have anyone be comfortable to get a good rest. We are at the end using just cough meds (fevers required more at the beginning). Good luck to all!

We have a sick blanket that only comes out when they are sick — makes them feel special and nurtured. Also… cold meds, DVDs and hot soup.

These are all great products that are definitely staples in my household. I help my children by being their mommy of course and loving and nurturing them. Medicine, electrolytes, tissue, hot soup and fuzzy blankets are great for this!

When my kids were little, I would make sure they drank a lot of fluid and try to eat small meals or ice cream. They would get treated like a baby!
