Filippo Berio Robusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil Review!

Thanks to Influenster I got the chance to try out Filippo Berio Robusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil….

Compared to butter, this Extra Virgin Olive Oil is healthier for you. For example, 1 teaspoon of butter compares to only 3/4 teaspoons of oil. While not a huge ratio difference, I will take it where I can get it

I decided to use Filippo Berio Robusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil while making my stuffed chicken in a skillet. I coated the pan with the oil, and the frying of the chicken began!

In the end, the chicken came out PERFECTLY! Both sides of the chicken were nice and brown, no sticking in the pan, and the overall taste was great. There was no greasy flavor left behind on the chicken either.

This oil can be used for a good amount of things, but I know frying is one of them that works well, and will be trying out some additional ways in the near future.

    I’m using this olive oil right now, but it is not “Robusto.” I love it, and I’m going to look for the Robusto option when I go shopping!
