Back on bladder leakage itself…..it is something everyone should be aware of. Since I personally do not experiencing this, my friend was nice enough to answer some questions for me. She is currently a mom of three, only 24 years old and tries to be as active as time allows her, while working a full-time job.
-When did you first experience bladder leakage? “After I had my first child, something just was not right, I could not laugh without some leakage happening”
– How did you go about finding solutions for protection? “The first thing I did was Google of course, then I realized it happens to all women. I started using pantyliner’s, which most of the time did the job, but not always.”

I got over my embarrassment feeling once I realized that, so the quicker you do also, the quicker your life will get back to normal. I suggest carrying around some extra pads in your purse, just in case the current one does not hold well.”
