Western Skillet #Recipe
1 lb Ground Beef
1 14.5oz can of Stewed Tomatoes
1 1/2 cups Long Grain Rice
3 Cups Water
1 Envelope of Onion Soup Mix
1 15 oz Can of Peas
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
- Cook beef in skillet until brown
- Either in the same skillet or a larger pot, combine water, peas, ground beef, rice, tomatoes, peas, and onion soup
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and cover for 25 minutes
- Stir every now and then so it does not stick to the bottom of the pan
- When done, top with as much cheese as you like!
