Western Skillet #Recipe

1 lb Ground Beef
1 14.5oz can of Stewed Tomatoes
1 1/2 cups Long Grain Rice
3 Cups Water
1 Envelope of Onion Soup Mix
1 15 oz Can of Peas
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  1. Cook beef in skillet until brown
  2. Either in the same skillet or a larger pot, combine water, peas, ground beef, rice, tomatoes, peas, and onion soup
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Reduce heat and cover for 25 minutes
  5. Stir every now and then so it does not stick to the bottom of the pan
  6. When done, top with as much cheese as you like!
